"Train with Tracy" Flynn this Wednesday 5:30
pm at Papa Ginos in Shrewsbury at the White City Plaza on route
9.
This is a 5-6 Mile run. More importantly dine
at Papa Ginos before, during, or after run to help raise money for the
Children's Hospital which Tracy is running this years Boston Marathon in support
of.
Please help out Sue Leo Johnson who is also running
the Boston Marathon for a good cause. Money raised by Sues efforts are going to
Easter Seals. Check out her web
page for more info and to make a donation.
Finally head out to scenic Rutland Mass for this
Saturday for the 3rd annual "Rutland Rec Ramble 5 miler.
Registration begins at 9 AM and the 5 Mile race goes at 10:30 am from the
Rutland Community Center at 53 Glenwood RD which is off Main St. Organized
by Mrs. Goolsky to benefit Rutland Recreation programs.
Those are my good deeds for now. Can I get
into heaven YET???
