Race registration began at 8 am at the Garland General Store How much? This year it was FREE! So, the course - First mile and a half is on pavement - the first quarter mile might make you you think of Hopkington (Boston Marathon hill reference)- then it turns off onto a great dirt road. There is a pretty steep hill on mile 3 - then once on the ridge it passes through mile 4.
