Big Celebration down at the D.A.V. tonight..hell it usually is every Thursday anyhow...the D.A.V. gives us the free reign of their joint...so us over in the Midlands section of the city do the right thing and pack the joint with folks who run & walk as hard as they can and then when the running and walking is over the corks a start a poppin' and the celebration begins!!

Anyway, the reason it was a "Big Celebration" and not just "a Celebration" was cause Meteorologist Todd Hutchinson of Arlington, Massachusetts did something tonight that was almost as big as breaking the sound barrier, the 4 minute mile and snappin' Jane Mansfield's bra off, he went under 20 minutes and oh was it close.....itwasthisclose!!!! 

Congratulation's Todd Hutchinson of Arlington, Massachusetts...since you are on a roll can you now predict and be right that it will be 50 degrees and sunny on February 26th in Hyannis, Massachusetts???

And to top off the "run/walk...I can can slug down a beer quicker than you night"....."Big Brian" Poli out dueled "Bigger Greg" Ernst tonight in a slugfest that I am sure had many a pub patrons on the course and there are many....rollin' off their bar stools watchin' this pair race by...word on the street is it was a roller coaster race with each passin' each other over the course of 2.9 miles and then the smaller guy "Big Brian" Poli made his move in Ball Square and passed "Bigger Greg" Ernst cruising to victory and a round of applause that rocked the neighborhood!!
