Ludo Bruyere won the 11th Annual Kennebec Savings Bank/KVYMCA Rise 'N Shine 5K Road Race with a time of 18:10 Friday morning in Augusta. Bruyere paced a field of 100 participants to claim the title. The weather was beautiful this year and the runner's times benefited from the perfect conditions. Rosalea Kimball led the women with a time of 19:32. The fastest team comprised of runners Dave Chiappetta, Jon Chapin, Erik Seastead and R.J. Harper finished with a combined time of 77:46. Members of the Winthrop Boys Cross Country Team took the High School category with a combined effort of 79:75.
