Results 9/6/03 Deer Island Weekly, 2.65 miles, flat perimeter loop

Every Sat at 10 am at the main gate to Deer Island except for next Saturday when the 5 mile Point Shirley race starts at 10 am at the Winthrop Yacht Club and runs on the same course. Do that instead. See coolrunning sched. We will be back on Sept 20.

These races are often followed by a rigorous 1 hour hill workout. 

Perfect weather, a little swell from Hurricane Fabian breaking on the revetment.
