A very warm 5.2 & 2.6 miler this evening on the Charles River that celebrated Jim DuPonts journey to the next decade of his life...50 Big Ones this evening and HE bought the 1st beer for everyone!! Nothing major happening for the next few weeks as the Somerville Striders Athletic Club relaxes a bit till it's next big extravaganza on July 24th --the Harpoon Brewery "Jerry Garcia Memorial River Run & Music Fest..soon to be sold out and still 4 weeks to go:>)
