Boone All Comers Track Meet

Heavy rain shortened our 4th of July Track Meet. Ben Schowe and Zach Hollis both ran an impressive 1500 meter time in terrible conditions. Brett Hyder (age 11) of Kingsport, TN ran a very strong 6:20 1500 meter time. He and sister Brittany (age 6) both competed and won their respective divisions in the 400 Meter Race. A special thanks to them, and the competitors and spectators who braved the elements for the event.
