Stepping Out - Guest: Kathrine Switzer
Kathrine is best-known as the first woman to officially enter the Boston Marathon. Author of recently-released Running and Walking for Women of 40: The Road to Sanity and Vanity. She has run 35 marathons, and won the 1974 New York City Marathon. The is the Program Director for Avon Running - Global Women's Circuit.

Stepping It Up - Guest: Grete Waitz
Grete is the silver medallist in the 1984 Olympic Marathon. She is the 9-time winner of the New York City Marathon. Fitness advocate and author of On the Run: Exercise and Fitness for Busy People.

Stepping In To It - Guests: Julie Isphording and Carol Williams
Julie is an Olympian in the 1984 marathon. Julie has won numerous races including the 1990 Los Angeles Marathon. As assistant VP and director of marketing for Huntington National Bank, she is a local hero and frequent motivational speaker.
Carol is the well-known anchor of the 5:30 and 6 p.m. news for WCPO-TV. Carol also produces and reports on issues affecting women through her SmartWomen series.
Location: TirHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion, Pfeiffer Road at I-71 in Montgomery.
The seminars will last an hour, followed by an opportunity to join in an informal walk or run at the Pavilion. Wear your exercise clothes so that you can participate in activities during the seminars and the walk or run afterward.
