**Avon representatives receive a $5 discount.
Volunteer Services: Provided by the Northern Lights Running Club and The Melpomene Institute.
Pledge Information: Multiply your efforts against women's heart disease by asking friends, family and co-workers to sponsor your walk or run participation with a donation. Please have them fill out the enclosed pledge form. Funds raised support non-profit heart health programs and state of the art medical research on women's heart disease. Proceeds will benefit the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation's HeartMatters program. No amount is too small, and all are tax deductible. Make checks payable to: Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation. Mail this completed form and the donations with your entry form or bring to the registration tent on Race Day.
Clinics - for beginner walkers and runners: Just starting out? Come join our team at unique clinics designed for beginning walkers or runners. Clinics will feature special guests such as Kathrine Switzer, Director of Avon Running and author of Running and Walking for Women Over 40 who will help participants prepare for the main event!
