Samoa Apia Run

The most scenic marathon in the South Pacific. Run along the shoreline. The route is flat and fast...there's everything to love about this beautiful course. Natural spring waterfalls along the course to cool yourself.
Time:	Marathon and half marathon start 5:00am Tamra's 10K and Kathleen Valasi's 3K start 6:30a.m.
Place:	Start/Finish at Funway Rental, Matautu Apia.

Course Description:	Leave Funway Rental towards Apia, left at Matafagatele St, four-corner turn left, Vaiala beach turn left, pass the start/finish line, left again at Matafagatele St., straight towards Moata'a village, turn right at corner by Moata's church, follow the shoreline until you reach the village of Solosolo where the turn around point. On the return head straight towards Apia, turn right at Matafagatele and to the finish line.

Directions:	You can't be lost on this small island. Go to Apia town, follow the seawall towards the wharf at Matautu. The start is at Funway Rental Matautu across from the wharf.
Additional Information:	You may sign up early at the Hidden Garden's Bed and Breakfast at Faatoia phone number (685) 31252. Also there will be a sign up at Funway Rental lot on June 4-6 from 4pm to 7pm. NO SIGN UP ON RACE DAY. Event results will be posted on www.CoolRunning.com
